When we first met with the Fairing team about a deeper partnership in late 2023, we knew we had a massive opportunity to streamline how the post-purchase looks for shoppers and to simplify the way brands work with both of our platforms. While each of our offerings are useful on their own, we knew there was tremendous value we could unlock by making it easier for brands to use them together. We currently have over 100 strategic Shopify Plus customers using both offerings on their post-purchase page.

We have committed resources to ensure that your survey never conflicts with DiscoFeed and vice versa. Check out our latest support doc, which outlines how your Disco CSM can facilitate proper placement of the Question Stream and DiscoFeed.
Native integration coming later this year.
A more turnkey integration is in the works and is expected to be completed in the coming months. Once complete, Fairing customers will be able to enable DiscoFeed within their Fairing UI, with Discofeed loading seamlessly under their Fairing Question Stream.
